Rentalcar.bg - Conditions for rental cars

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Requrements:

Rental period:

Minimum rental period 24 hours.
Upon returning the car after the expiry of the contract without notice, the customer will be charged as follows:
to 1 hour - free;
2-4 hours - half day;
over 4 hours - a whole rental day.

Age limit:

Drivers under 23 years charged "Young Driver", which is applied on the day and leave a deposit of 50% over standard. There are limitations.

Payment methods:

Insurance:

CDW - Tax Discharge damage in the amount of deposit: included in rental price. Released from liability in case of damage to the amount of the deposit. Not valid in damages on tires, wheels, windshield and chassis. Applies to provide protocol accident issued by the Traffic Police.
TP - Tax Discharge theft in the amount of deposit: included in rental price. Exempt from liability in case of theft to the amount of the deposit. Applies to provide evidence of theft from the Traffic and mandatory return of the documents and keys.
Super CDW - Tax Discharge in damage ": shall be concluded for an additional payment by customer and then completely released from liability in case of damage. Not valid in damages on tires, wheels, windshield and chassis. Applies to provide protocol accident issued by the Traffic Police.
Full CDW - Tax Discharge in damage ": shall be concluded for an additional payment by customer and then completely released from liability in case of damage, including the damages to tires, wheels, windshield and chassis. Applies to provide protocol accident issued by the Traffic Police.

Please note:

Upon payment of the Super CDW, the customer receives a complete discharge, but not the presentation of a report from the Traffic Police. In case the client does not provide the required documents from the Traffic Police for accident pay the full amount of damages. If the customer does not provide the necessary documents from the Traffic Police theft or total damage, he is responsible and pays the full insurance value of the car. Buying a Full CDW does not cover partial loss, loss of parts or accessories.

None of the above insurance does not relieve the customer from liability for damages on the car's interior (trim, dashboard, seats, etc.).

Fuel:

The car is available with a full tank. Upon returning the car with the missing fuel, the customer pays the missing fuel and ramer fee of 10,00 euros.

One-way rentals:

If the rented vehicle is returned to another city, should be charged an additional fee.
After a preliminary inquiry is possible delivery of vehicles to any point in Bulgaria.

Additional driver:

Additional equipment:

Baby / child seat, ski rack, snow chains, GPS navigation and more. Charge applies per day.

Rental hours:

When renting / returning vehicle outside working hours is a single fee of 10.00 €. Working Hours: Monday - Sunday 09:00 - 21:00 hours.

Rents outside the country:

There are only upon request. Additional fees apply. Some destinations are not allowed.

Rental prices include:

unlimited mileage
civil liability insurance "valid for the European Union
toll - a vignette in the Republic of Bulgaria
24-hour roadside assistance for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria
CDW - limitation of liability for damage to the amount of the deposit. Upon presentation of valid protocol CT. Does not apply to the use of drugs, alcohol or other anesthetic agents, as well as failure of the law on road traffic
TP - limitation of liability for theft up to the amount of the deposit. Applies only when presenting the report from the Traffic and return the documents and keys of the vehicle

Reservation:

Reservations can be made for the class of vehicle, not a specific model. When booking a specific model, will be charged an additional one-time fee of 50 EUR.
To be 100% secure your reservation must be paid in advance amounting to 50% of the rental price.
Cancellation can be made 72 hours before renting a car, otherwise the advance payment is not subject to return.
